One of the biggest successes we had in the recent expansion of our business was negotiating delayed terms on our new lease as well as loan repayments. This allowed us to collect on many of our receivables before needing to make large cash outlays. I believe those term negotiations were more valuable than negotiating a discounted price based upon shorter A/P terms. Just my thoughts!
