In September of 2010 Ms. Kilner joined Webster Bank as the Specialty Regional Manger in Business and Professional Banking managing a 6 person business development team that covers MA, CT, RI and Westchester County, NY. Specialty Banking includes Healthcare, Not-for-Profits, Law Firms, Associations, Real Estate Management companies and independent schools. The team applies their significant industry knowledge and expertise to help new and existing clients obtained customized solutions and access to the full range of banking products necessary to support small business owners who have revenue between $1MM-$10MM.
Ms. Kilner has over twenty years of commercial banking and credit experience with 16 years of industry specific expertise in New England for Healthcare, Not-For-Profits and Education. Utilizing her mix of credit and sales skills she has been an active participant in building stronger communities by sharing deep industry expertise with customers, internal bank partners, external state agencies, regional associations and specialty not-for-profit advisory organizations.
In addition to her expertise in commercial banking Ms. Kilner has acted as a consultant for a range of organizations including an independent law school, start-up not-for-profits, state education agencies and private companies. Ms. Kilner Has a B.A degree from Georgetown University and an MA degree from Brown University.
