Kathleen's Bio:

Kathleen Reilly has extensive small business expertise gained through working with clients and bankers during her banking career. She has a passion for working with small businesses to help them achieve their goals. Reilly has specialized in helping sales forces drive increases in performance and effectiveness. She has worked with a variety of industries and notes that most small business owners face similar challenges. Her skills include well-developed communication, project management and process improvement abilities. She is an expert at coaching individuals, leaders and sales teams to assess skills, share best practices and ensure achievement of goals. Reilly holds a BS degree from Mercy College, and an MBA from University of Bridgeport. She is a member of ASTD-Southern Ct Chapter. Reilly is also a committed volunteer. She has been the Community Director for the Somers Girl Scouts since 2007. She is also an active board member of the Community YMCA located in Somers NY, since 2005.
