Kevin's Bio:

Kevin is a veteran mortgage banking sales leader having spent twenty five years with Bank of America and its predecessor banks as a top producing loan officer and Market Manager responsible for all retail mortgage originations in CT. Kevin brings a wealth of experience to our leadership team honed over his decades in the business. As part of his commitment to give back to the communities we serve Kevin has been an active participant in community development and outreach for many years serving as Vice President of Neighborhood Housing Services of Bridgeport, Board President of Neighborhood Housing Services of Waterbury, Treasurer of Neighborhood Housing Services of New Haven and as a member of the board of directors of the Connecticut Mortgage Bankers Association. Kevin was raised in Waterbury CT where he graduated from Holy Cross High School and holds a BS in economics and computer science from Southern CT State University. Kevin and his wife Joan reside in Harwinton CT. They have two sons John Moran a software developer with Susquehanna International Group of Philadelphia and Michael Moran who resides in NYC and has worked for Apple Computer for several years holding positions in NYC and Austin TX.
