Kieza Carpenter is a Customer Service Specialist II at Webster Bank's Customer Care Center. She has been perfecting her customer advocacy for more than 10 years and also worked in customer service in the insurance industry. Among her hobbies are collecting vinyl records and real paper books, and yarn/needlework projects. Kieza has lived in Meriden, Connecticut for 22 years and is a graduate of O.H. Platt High School, Class of 1996.
