I signed up for Refer-a-friend program back in November of 2012 and complied with the applicable guidelines….I am still waiting for our $50 Debit cards,,,, could you please let me know when we will be receiving these?

Same here i applied in early feb 2013 and its already may. i called and got no where im just waiting but it seems likeits never coming

I looked into this for you and found your that there was an issue with the address on file which held up your reward card. We fixed that for you, and issued your reward card, so you should be getting that in the mail. Thanks for reaching out, and let us know if you have any questions.

Hello, I also completed this offer, but I still get emails from referlive reminding me to make sure I set up my account, and so I just wanted to make sure that myself and my father both get credit for the referral.

Our records show the last email being sent on 2/15/13. You will not receive any more emails unless you refer someone else. Also, remember to do one of these to finalize the account opening process:
o Makes 5 online bill payments, OR
o Makes 10 debit transactions (pin or signature), OR
o Set up direct deposit
